Ato Zelalem Teklu joined ICAS as Ramp supervisor in early 2017 and was later promoted to the position of Manager Ramp Service since July of same year.

His tremendous aviation experience has allowed him to work for different airlines for the past 18 years. He served at Ethiopian Airlines working in the Ramp Service as a Ground Support Equipment Operator and inspector of ground support equipment from 2001-2005. He then moved to Air France- KLM Group of Airlines as passenger handling supervisor, Ramp Supervisor and Sales executive from 2005-2013. He also worked for Qatar Airways from 2014-2016 as a senior Airport Service agent in-charge of Ramp operations.

In addition to his work experience, he has gone through various international trainings and educational preparations that helped him attain his current position successfully.

Ato Gerremew Amente, was a teacher of Industrial Arts in different junior comprehensive high schools and a general mechanic at Addis Ababa Technical school prior to joining Ethiopian Airlines as Aircraft and Power Plant Technician. He then grew through the ladder up to senior aircraft technician and was further promoted to the position of Aircraft Maintenance reliability analyst in the quality assurance department. Ato Geremew has also worked as Supervisor Reliability Assurance for 9 years and acting Manager Technical Audit during the absence of the Manager.

He has taken different courses including but not limited to Leadership skill, Systems and Procedures, Budgeting and Cost Control, Safety Management System, Report writing etc. Ato Geremew joined ICAS as Senior Safety Supervisor and is currently serving the company as Safety and Quality Manager.

Ato Natnael W/Gabriel started at ICAS in 2017 as an Assistant Junior Agent and later advanced to Junior Agent. He then transitioned to the role of Marketing & Sales Officer, leading efforts to understand customer preferences through surveys and sales data analysis. He created persuasive presentations to communicate marketing strategies and maintained a collection of sales promotion materials.

In October 2022, he was promoted to supervisor in the Passenger & Baggage Service department, followed by another promotion to Manager of Passenger & Baggage Services in September 2023. He has seven years of experience in the sector and has played an active role in several departments, which has given him a deeper grasp of the function and goals of the organization.

His educational history comprises a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Management, and numerous courses in international training.

Ato Endale Getachew joined ICAS in Aug 2014 as ramp agent. Before he join ICAS, worked at Monitor trading as sales officer, Tsegu Berhane trading as sales officer and TAGROW business plc as sales executive.

Ato Endale is a holder of BSC in BUSINESS EDUCATION and take different aviation courses Turn around coordination & loading supervision, DGR CAT 10, Airside safety and human factor, licensed load control for QATAR, SAUDIA (B777 & A330) and BDR (B737) and Aviation security. Beside this he takes short term training like Customer service & ethical behavior, leadership essential &Team Dynamics and sales promotion &customer handling techniques.

In he has been working in ICAS in different position as Lead Load control, Ramp Supervisor from March 01 2022 to Aug 31 2023 and on sep 01 2023 he promoted to ramp manager.

Hebelom Tamerat joined International Cargo and Aviation Services (ICAS) in February 2017 as  Supervisor Operations. He has well-tuned skills in Air cargo industry for over 12 years, prior to joining ICAS he has been working at Air France KLM Group as Customer Service and Operation rep. Assistant, at Maranque Plants PLC as Assistant Export Department Manager, at Gift Trading as Marketing Manager and at Setit Trading PLC as Marketing Manager.

Hebelom is a holder of BA Degree in Marketing Management, he has also taken Different IATA trainings and has secured certificate on courses such as DGR-CAT6, Perishable Cargo Regulation (PCR), Airside safety, Humans factor & SMS, Live Animals Regulation (LAR), Temperature Control Regulation (TCR), Cargo Warehouse Operation and AVSC.

Hebelom is currently serving the company as Cargo Operation Manager.
